China sourcing coordination
A disciplined sequence for comparing suppliers, clarifying scope and coordinating evidence before purchase.

We shortlist candidates against building type, destination, dimensions and intended use. Screening records document which claims still require evidence.
We normalize inclusions, exclusions, delivery terms and MEP boundaries so apparently similar offers can be evaluated on the same basis.
We coordinate material samples, first-unit checks and independent inspection requests. Acceptance criteria remain with the buyer and relevant professionals.
We align packing lists, consolidation opportunities and shipping documentation with the chosen supplier and forwarder.
Provide location, occupancy, wind and snow loads, seismic criteria, storeys, foundation assumptions, thermal targets and fire strategy. A qualified professional sets applicable requirements.
Check steel grade, member system, coatings, sandwich panel core, thickness, U-value, doors, glazing and MEP boundaries against each supplier response.
Request calculations, drawings, test reports and welding or material records where relevant. No supplier certificate or permit outcome is assumed in advance.
Review inspection milestones, module dimensions, packing method, port, installation responsibilities and handover documents before an order is released.
A useful comparison starts with a single schedule of requirements rather than supplier brochures. For a volumetric module, record transport width, crane lifting points, inter-module connections and weather sealing at joints. For panelized construction, capture site assembly labor, tolerances and weather exposure during installation. Ask each candidate to identify which drawings are preliminary and which can be issued for professional review. The buyer should also distinguish a supplier's internal inspection from an independent inspection commissioned under the purchase agreement. If a price excludes foundation design, utilities, unloading equipment or local permits, that exclusion belongs beside the number in the comparison matrix. We can coordinate these questions, but the selected supplier and appointed designers must resolve the technical answers.
Share use, location, quantity, dimensions, schedule and destination port. We will compare supplier responses and document the open decisions.
