Procurement process
Independent China sourcing coordination for buyers of modular and portable buildings.
We record the fit between project requirements and candidate supplier responses, including unanswered technical questions.
Scope differences, exclusions, Incoterms and documentation obligations are visible before price comparison.
Hold points can cover material traceability, dimensions, panel interfaces and packing, subject to agreed criteria.
Shipment documentation is checked against the purchase order and the selected supplier delivery scope.
Supplier capabilities, certifications and project compliance require documentary verification for each sourcing request. Local code review, structural design approval and permit decisions belong to qualified project professionals and the relevant authorities.
This site is an independent procurement coordination service, not the original brand website or an authorized distributor. We do not own the suppliers or manufacture the buildings listed here.
Our role begins when a buyer needs a transparent path through competing building proposals. The brief should name the planned use and destination, because structural loading, fire approach, energy performance and accessibility differ by jurisdiction. We ask candidates to state what is included in their quotations and which tests or calculations can be supplied for review. During sample coordination, the buyer may compare panel finishes, door hardware and joint details before confirming a specification. Inspection coordination can then target agreed hold points rather than a vague promise of quality. We maintain the comparison record so a change in scope can be traced back to its effect on price and schedule. The purchase contract, engineering appointments and final supplier warranties remain separate from this coordination service.
Share use, location, quantity, dimensions, schedule and destination port. We will compare supplier responses and document the open decisions.
