We coordinate requests for calculations and product records against the project brief. The selected supplier and qualified professionals remain responsible for manufacturing evidence, design adequacy and local regulatory submissions.
Location-specific wind, snow, seismic, floor and roof loads; module stacking; anchorage and foundation assumptions.
Steel grade, coating, weld procedure, fastener and panel specifications, with batch records requested where applicable.
Assembly fire evidence, thermal bridges, U-value, air sealing and MEP interface drawings for the selected package.
Capture jurisdiction, use, dimensions and performance targets before quotation.
Mark every requirement as evidenced, pending or outside supplier scope.
Route calculations and code questions to appointed engineers and local specialists.
Request relevant test reports, quality management documents and product declarations from the shortlisted supplier. ISO 9001 is a management-system credential, not proof of structural approval or fire performance. IBC, Eurocode, NCC and local requirements must be evaluated for the actual destination and building use.
A credible compliance package separates product evidence from project approval. Material certificates may establish a steel grade, while calculations must show how the chosen member sizes, connections and foundations address the defined loads. A panel test is also narrower than a full wall assembly result; doors, openings, joints and service penetrations may change system behavior. For thermal review, request the nominal panel U-value and a discussion of framing and junction thermal bridges. Where modules are shipped separately, transport restraints and lifting details deserve their own check. Welding procedures, bolt specifications and coating records are requested only where they apply to the selected solution. We can compile a gap register and coordinate requests, but the supplier and appointed specialists must sign off the technical work.
